WHO'S IT FOR? Face and Body conscious Men and Women of all skin types.
WHAT DOES IT DO? NOTHING HEALS LIKE NATURE. Volcanic eruptions that formed the Aleutian Islands 150 million years ago left volcanic ash that settled to the ground and turned into volcanic ash clay. For centuries, wounded animals have been known to lie in these clay beds to heal. Now it has been discovered that this clay heals human skin as well!
How do I use it on my face & neck? On clean dry skin apply a thin to medium layer of mud mask (no need to apply thick layer).
How do I use it for a body treatment?
Apply on dry skin a medium layer of Volcanic Origins Face & Body Ash Mineral Clay Mud Mask on hands, arms, legs, etc. by rigorously massaging it into your skin. Allow to dry about 10-20 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with wet washcloth or in the shower. Follow with body essential oil blended with body cream/lotion. Recommended: Theraderma Velvet Body Nourishing Seaweed Oil and Theraderma Green Tea Soy Milk Honey Body Cream.
Another option if you have more time-- apply to legs, wrap with kitchen plastic wrap, tuck in the ends. Wrap hips, waist, and body. Then do the arms. Lie down, cover with blanket. After 30 minutes wipe off vigorously with wet towels before showering, as this pulls the clay and toxins from pores and exfoliates dead skin cells. Shower later if time permits as keeping it in the pores for several hours keeps the detoxification process going.
INGREDIENTS: Purified water, bentonite (volcanic ash clay), kaolin, magnesium sulfate, Europa (olive) leaf extract, retinyl (vitamin A) palmitate, tocopheryl (vitamin E) acetate, ascorbyl (vitamin C) palmitate, Urea FCC.

This product is amazing. I have mature skin with no breakouts, so only used to use it now and then - whenever I"d think of it. But the real key, I have found, is to use it regularly. Regular use - once a week - has made my skin glow and feel fantastic. I give it my top recommendation.
